Josh Dingeldein, Teacher, Plymouth High School, Plymouth, IN

Josh Dingeldein is a 2015 alumnus of Taylor University, where he received his Bachelors in Secondary English Education. During his time at Taylor University, Josh enjoyed the privilege of living in Sammy Morris, playing on the football team, and developing life-long, Christ-centered friendships. Josh is currently an English teacher at Plymouth High School, where he’s been gifted the opportunity to work with freshmen and juniors.

Prior to working at Plymouth High School, Dingeldein taught at Hill Campus of Arts and Sciences, an inner city public school located in Denver, Colorado. These formative years of his teaching career only solidified his calling to serve in the education field. God opened his eyes to the extreme obstacles and challenges students face. With the awareness that “life is but a vapor,” Josh depends on God to fill him up so that he can be poured out. Believing that few other occupations allow for such a broad impact, Josh tries to seize each day to make a positive difference in the lives of students and staff.

He is married to Jackie, who also graduated from Taylor University in 2015. She is currently a director at Lifeline Youth & Family Services. They currently have one son, Benaiah, who recently turned two years old. Josh loves engaging in Christ-exulting conversations, hiking, camping, and playing an array of card games.
