Josh Block

Josh Block is a Michigan native, husband, father of two, company president, and author of People Matter @ Work, a book exploring how leaders can foster workplace cultures where people thrive and everyone wins. As President of Block Imaging and founder of Cube Mobile Imaging, Josh leads with a simple conviction: when people matter at work, organizations grow and lives are changed.

After graduating from Taylor University, Josh and his wife Lacey moved to Muncie, Indiana, where they co-founded a service company focused on creating meaningful employment opportunities and invested in community initiatives, including helping found Urban Light Community Church and launch Inspire Academy. At age 29, Josh was unexpectedly named president of his family’s company, beginning a leadership journey centered on building cultures where people feel safe, seen, and successful.

Over the past fifteen years, he has led Block Imaging as the company has grown from 50 to more than 400 team members worldwide while cultivating a people-first, high-performance culture. Through his writing and speaking, Josh seeks to encourage, equip, and empower leaders and students alike to rethink work as a place of purpose, growth, and transformation.
