Quincy McGhee, Pastor, Lifeway Christian Fellowship, Fort Wayne, IN

Quincy McGhee brings a wealth of experience to his role as Grants Administrator/Director of Education Ministries at Associated Churches, boasting 27 years of dedicated service within ministry and 25 years of impactful leadership in the nonprofit sector. Alongside his current responsibilities, Quincy has demonstrated exceptional leadership over the past 15 years as the Founding/Lead Pastor of LifeWay Bible Fellowship, an inner-city church.
Recognized for his unwavering commitment to community advocacy and youth development, Quincy actively participates on multiple advisory boards and committees. His academic achievements underscore his dedication to his field, holding a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a master’s in public administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Leadership. Currently pursuing a master’s in social work with a focus on clinical therapy at Indiana Wesleyan University, Quincy has also earned a Doctorate in Ministry from Western Theological Seminary, focusing on Leading Global Christian Renewal Movements with a spirit of collaboration.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Quincy finds joy in leisure activities, including leisurely walks in the park, traveling, attending concerts, and watching movies with his wife of 30 years, Sharon, and their three children, Jamal, Corean, and Quinton, who reside in various locations across Tennessee and Indiana.
