Kory Lantz, Founder, Transformation Ministries, South Bend, IN

Kory Lantz graduated from Bethel University with a degree in Sports Management (‘09)
and Masters in Business Administration (‘11) and moved into a neighborhood on the
northwest side of South Bend (IN) to start Transformation Ministries, which works
with under-resourced youth and families. Kory and his wife, Ali, quickly fell in love with
the people, the culture and the city as they started a youth leadership program called
Iron Sharpens Iron. Kory has since started another non-profit that works closely with
Transformation Ministries called Greater Impact, which employs youth in the city who
have barriers to job opportunities. Transformation Ministries is a pillar in the South
Bend community and has impacted hundreds of lives through a highly relational,
holistic model. Kory and Ali have 4 children and a couple teenage boys living with them
most of the time. He loves creating team culture, developing leaders, camping and
hiking, watching Duke basketball, a great cup of coffee and seeing Jesus become real
and relevant to people.
