Dr. May Young 
May Young (PhD Theological Studies: Old Testament and Masters of Divinity (MDIV), Trinity International University, Deerfield, IL) is an Assistant Professor of Old Testament and Biblical Hebrew in the Biblical Studies, Christian Ministries, and Philosophy (BSCMP) department at Taylor University. She has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate level including internationally in Asia. Her research focuses on lament and Biblical poetry. Prior to commencing her theological studies, she worked as a Research Consultant in Health and Welfare Benefits for eleven years. May has two children, Andrew and Deborah, who are currently attending the University of California, Berkeley.
